Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preparation (3 to 5 Days Before the Flush)

To prepare your liver and gallbladder:

  • Drink 1 to 2 glasses of apple juice daily, or take malic acid supplements.

  • Eat light, plant-based meals and avoid processed foods, fats, and dairy.

  • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or caffeine.

Step 2: Detox Day Morning (Flush Day)
